Ok i downloaded setupsymbian.sis and it installed correctly but when i open the app it says 'unexpected error' guys whats this do i need to hack my phone or am i doing a mistake in copying all files and folders to mmc card. I use nokia 5800 xpressmusic v50 (unhacked)

Thats great buddy, but i was also typing the reply, it took me some time, anyway for ease of everybody other like us (amature)
Step by Step installation: after downloading join the files using HjSplit...

1. Unnrar the folder.
2. you will get these folders/file: MMI&Sy, english and sygicKG
3. In MMI&Sy folder folowing files/folders are there:
Drive, Manuals,Maps, private, Res, resource, Sys and SetupSymbian file.
4. Copy these above folders and file to your memory card one by one.
5. You will not have any problem in copying drive, Manuals, Maps and the file
but private, Res, resource and Sys can give you error that: these are already existing in the memory card.
6. If you get this error than copy the contents of these folders one by one and paste in the already existing folders in the memory card.
7. After copying gets completes than run SetupSymbian: it will install the app in your phone,
8. while installing choose to install on memory card to save phone memory.
9. After installation when you start the app it will ask for regn, choose manual it will give you a device id.
10. run the keygen on your PC and fill the device id in sec option where device id column is there.
11. click the search button against MLM file and browse for mlm file, you will get the file MapmyIndia.mlm in the MMI&Sy - Maps folder,
select it.
12 click generate button and it will give you the serial number, fill it in the phone activation button and click ok.
13 you will get regn successful msg.
14. There is one folder 'english' having a file named english.lang:
replace the given File in the following location on your memory card:
E:\res\skin\english.lang
This is to see everything in order/ to see it right.
Now you are Done... & can Enjoy

I coudnt find the KeyGen for this. Can you please direct me to get the Key Gen file. i have sent an mail too.

Working fine on my Nokia E72-1, except a "unexpected error" which happens rarely.

hi , for the efforts dude, i have a sygic version 7 on my phone without the maharashtra maps.
to install your version should i uninstall my previous version or should i directly install on the existing version (overwriting)

nevermind, i didnt install your version of sygic application, but i copied the maps and everything like you said, activated the maps and its working like a charm.
